Hello! My name is Gina Simmons and I started this blog to share my journey on simplifying my life and home.  As I began working on this site and navigating through life a little more I decided to add some more helpful information I have learned throughout the way. I am honestly no expert, but I enjoy everything I share with you from Real Estate to Home Improvements to Saving Money and whatever else my mind wanders off to. 

I am a mother of two who lives in PA. I grew up watching both my parents update homes. My father is a contractor specializing in Painting and Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling, so I have learned quite a few things growing up. I also currently have my PA Real Estate License, so if you know anyone in need to buy or sell a home in Pennsylvania feel free to reach out to me about that too! But back to this site..

This site will give advice on decluttering and maintaining your home, updating on a budget, preparing to buy and sell your home, and cutting down finances.  All advice will be based on my own personal experiences.  I would love feedback from all of you.  As I said, I am no expert.  Just a mom winging through it all!
